Sub 100 gram drone rules

I’m new to drones and planning to learn to fly with a Happymodel Mobula8 (m8) and was wondering what rules apply to sub 100 gram fpv drones, I’m aware that sub 100 grams you’re not required to have Flyer ID or Operator ID but what if the drone has a fpv camera, above 100 grams having a camera requires both IDs.

Also was wondering about the rules to do with spotters when fly sub 100.

If it’s under 100g you don’t need either ID, whether it has a camera or not.
