One of the benefits of owning a CNC machine is not having to fork out £25 for a sunshade, especially not when you have numerous black PVC panels recycled from another project.
This is attempt no.2, I can already see some improvements if I ever need to make it again.
I’ve made a couple similar from a thin black ring binder cover and attach via small patches of velcro.
Good idea, use what’s to hand, always the best way!
This one is type of PVC and a flexible conduit for hinges. I originally thought of using the plastic spines used for binding paper as hinges, but felt the conduit might prove more robust in the long run. My original used duck tape, which worked well but was scruffy.
