Due to needing to be in contact with home, the first big meet I was daft enough to take a phon with pretty much EVERY network I could do. They all had good service. With Voda we have unlimited internet and we used it to stream movies later on when we had gone in for the night.

Add a couple of small windows, location beacon, oxygen tank and a couple of bags of lead shot, then you could offer trips to sea floor.
Similar to OceanGate.
