To be fair i think that relates to alot of hobbies these days and the glorification of " influencers" it seems anyone under a certain age wants to be famous and when it’s not happening they get upset.
I try ( not always successfully) to live by a quote my primary school head gave to me as i moved upto comprehensive.
Unto thine own self be true.
That way im not trying to please everyone, just one person. ME. If i make other people happy at the same time, that’s a bonus and happy days all round.
