They don’t go much for crowd barriers or Harris fencing in Porlock then? Fortunately we could just make out a flimsy wire fence around the main ring.

Yeah me too. I took it to be National Trust for Scotland as the equivalent. HES is a separate body, a government agency whereas NTS is a charity. If HES is acceptable it does widen the search area a bit.
Quick question i know i can only post 2 entries max per day but does it matter if more than 2 are shot on the same day?
You can shoot as many as you like on the same day, providing they are different locations - you can’t attend a fair, say and claim it for one subject, blue tents amongst the stalls as another and seven red vans in the car park as a third.
But, partly to prevent us being overwhelmed with 30 pictures from each entrant five minutes before the close on Saturday 7th September, we will only accept a maximum of two pictures per entrant per day.

Yes, you can take red vans, orange boats, anything in fact up to the final day. But, while all other items consist of a subject and bonus thus forming one entry Item 18 consists of seven separate images taken at various locations and each image can be posted at any time after the start date. Thus Item 18 is considered to be seven separate entries.
Good to know, as I thought it could all be entered together and was only one entry.
