Jason, we are a little confused over the amount of points you are claiming? Are you not wanting to claim the bonus for an equestrian statue?

I would like too if it Qualifies as an equestrian status, I was not sure so I thought I better not push my luck :grinning:
So yes, I would like to claim 1 bounus point to add to the 3 point making 4 points please, and thank you for pointing this out.

Thank you. Yes sorry about jumping the gun my phone was being a bit pesky uploading the last photo  using my phone because I am on holiday hence Marlow to Falmouth.

@Fin24 We have edited your post to show the video on screen. To do this, just put the youtube link on a line of its own with nothing else. Can you also provide the other required information

Good morning, are you still in deep discussions about my entry for challenge no.16, feed entry no. 940, as there has been no comment or points awarded. Thank you for your consideration.

It’s a more prosaic answer than that.

You posted two entries close together. An alert went off to say that an entry had been received.Because we have to keep the browser window at several ctrl + keypresses magnification in order to be able to see some peoples subjects and/or bonus items only one post at a time shows up.

Your first post of the pair was missed.

Have 3 points. No deduction for the police car.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news Jason but my esteemed colleague on the graveyard shift offered a bonus point for an equestrian statue. An equestrian is a horse rider. An equine statue is a statue of a horse only

Yours, unfortunately, is an equine statue.

My colleague has been taken to the wasteland behind the bicycle sheds for “re-education.”

Unfortunately neither of the cranes in your video are tower cranes but normal dockyard cranes. And they are in a dockyard, not on a building site. The Challenges are as precise as we can make them - it does pay to check each subject carefully and ask questions if you have any doubts.

The good thing is as the whole entry is rejected you are free to try this subject again.

From the link below:

The most striking feature of a tower crane is that it is self-building and can allow a building to be constructed adjacent to or even around it.

This particular judge, although strictly speaking still an apprentice, has been reprimanded and reminded that I am only one more mistake away from severe punishment and ejection from the bunker, but only after I have received my new coat of feathers!!!
Apologies for my mistake, who knew an equestrian statue had to have a rider on top? I certainly do now!!!

Is a canal a river cos if it is i got a pic for you but if not i will try again

If this is to do with item 4

4. A bridge
One bonus point for each item shown underneath the bridge in your picture:

  • Road - a lane or more in opposite directions
  • Railway - standard gauge
  • River - marked as such on Google Maps or Ordnance Survey (proof required)

then we need proof of it being a canalised river such as the River Aire which becomes the Aire and Calder Navigation for part of its length. But we do need to see either a Google Map or an Ordnance Survey map showing the river clearly marked as a River

No “River” showing on the map, no bonus showing on the scoreboard

Sabre forum is a good source of information on roads. There may or may not be a thread with such examples in it.

I am sending this via PM so that nobody else sees :joy: :joy:

Except all those reading this thread!
