James Hamilton Heritage Park, East Kilbride - 31/08/2024 - 18:12 - Mini 3 Pro
I claim 2 points please. I must have gone past this park about a dozen times over the last few weeks and have given up hope of ever seeing 7 boats on the water. So took a pic today with … yep, zero boats!
Bonus point for two trains in motion in the same picture ,one steam -hauled ,the other any motive power❌
Bonus for a rail-mounted breakdown crane in picture✅
John, could you give us another screenshot from the video showing that the locomotive has moved? All we can see in the supplied image is a wisp of steam from the safety valve and nothing from the cylinders or smokestack.
Thanks for the image. We have spent a little time on the Great Central Railway website admiring the locomotives and rolling stock and also found the timetable for this weekend. 48305 is on the roster. :). Heres a wee bit more about that particular engine, "Please don’t let me die … "
It’s a bit of a lashup. Two browsers, one using the normal connection, listening to the race on the BBC sport website, the other browser running a VPN pretending to be Luxembourg to watch the race (muted) on RTL Zwee. Sound and video don’t quite synchronise and the VPN has a habit of freezing every so often and needing a restart. But we get to see about 90% of the action (and learning Luxembourgish)
We took some time to establish which trees you meant as the submitted picture is somewhat well-populated with all kinds of trees.
We now think you mean the strip of verge and driveway entrances at the far side of the road and not any of the clumps of trees and bushes in the front gardens
Either we discount the mature tree on the right of picture as it is separated by a driveway, in which case the two trees on the lefthand side of picture, separated by a driveway do not count or we accept that the driveways are not separators and include all eight trees.
