The weather! ... and flyability

Yeah, I just had a fly over Partington with strobes on from the drive, thankfully being a smallish village it affords good VLOS…

Oohhhh matron

Just a light dusting here - it almost never snows in Blackpool

Lots of low flying clouds around too - Mini2 returned slightly damp !

Nearly all melted here in Salford, hopefully it’ll still be on the ground when I get home to Glossop this evening so I can get the drone up (before the winds hit at the weekend)

Though no snow here hah

Wrap up warm, @group-scotland !

Looking a bit spicy tomorrow afternoon and evening.

65 mph around Swindon. But rain forecast after 5 pm.

I have just discovered this topic. And I think . . .

Ah, the good old British way of life . . . surely, in no other country in the world, would a drone forum devote an entire thread of 2,433 posts to discussion of the weather.

At a quick glance, it’s second in the biggest volume of data in a thread league.

(Or does that number column show the most read threads ?)

Its up there for sure

I think I just heard my neighbours greenhouse go for a Burton. Plus 2 or three fence panels.
I’ve not heard a trampoline go past yet.

You’ll probably hear @clinkadink’s drone pass by any minute …

It’ll be at John O Groats by now.

More like the Shetlands according to Ventusky :joy:
