Whilst waiting for better weather, you could send your drone up and sit in your garden watching your controller screen for 20-mins and getting cold.

I sometimes take sunrise shots
over Chichester Harbour, from the comfort of my back garden! Straight up from the garden, and keep it still apart from rotation.
