Hi guys sorry to ask, video on mini 2 easy to down load and playback but just got the mini 4 pro tried two vidwos brought home put on ipad and computer and video says codec needed ??? Any ideas anyone please ---

You probably recorded in h.265 not h.264? ---

So set the drone up done as said three dots could I find were the colour was on camera so will try again lol ---

Try using a different program in which to view your videos. ---

Not sure about the ipad but on a PC get VLC player, it plays most things you throw at it. The files from my Mini 4 are coded in H.265, windows media player does not cope well but VLC takes it in its stride. ---

Changed to H.264 and it worked. So im happy with that… thank you for your help mate appreciated
