Hi all. Have plenty of video footage from my Neo on to my phone and Neo but having real problems getting it on to my desk top. I have Picasa 3 and VLC media player but neither work. Any suggestions what do other people use ? Thank you.
To clarify you cannot get it off your phone onto your PC?
Or you cannot get it to play ?

@Flyboy72 it’ll also help if you let people know if your computer is Windows, macOS, Linux, A.N. Other?
And if your phone is Android or Apple?

Using a USB C cable, plug into the NEO then into you computer, it should appear as another drive named “Internal Storage”
Then click through the folders until you get to DICM, the footage should be in that folder.
The same process can be followed when connecting the Neo to the phone and phone to computer. However you may need a different cable, if your phone isn’t t USB C.
