Finally a few days off, and a forgiving wife! Got the ‘fleet’ ready and am off to North (East) Wales for a few days.

#Welsh Adventure Update!#
Well… that was a fairly spectacular few days - after an initial snafu. Arrived, all ok first day. Couldn’t get power in goggles on day 2. 
Fortunately, Amazon meant only a 24hr day to get a replacement power cable which thankfully sorted it (Major phew!)
I live in Buckinghamshire… which is lovely, but so so boring. It was amazing to spend a few days where the map has a few contour lines. 
I hit all my planned spots - and a couple of others besides.
Castell Dinas Brân - probs one of if not the windiest place I’ve ever flown!
Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfalls - absolutely, leg shakingly epic. 
First time doing anything in an environment like this. Did 3 bottom to top and back runs and had to land as my hands and legs were shaking so much. Flew several packs and was just brilliant. Top spot of the trip.
Pontcysyllte Aqueduct - amazing feat of engineering, and a joy to fly round (look out for the sewerage works underneath! 
)
World’s End - cheers to @clinkadink for this tip. Took the Rekon up this one. Blummin HUGE lumps of mountain to fly up and down.
And another lump somewhere between World’s End and Llangollen - so many to choose from.
All in all a bloody brilliant trip, even with the false start. Will post some vids when I get time over the weekend to go through it all.
Well jealous. Need to do similar!!
