What would you recommend?

Hi guys,
Not been on here for a while and recently sold my Mavic Pro as it wasn’t getting used.

A friend of mine who has a used car dealership is wanting to buy a drone to take 360 videos of his cars , from about 15 feet away and probably a height of ten feet, so he can advertise his cars a little bit differently.

He’s not looking and spending much maybe 2-300 quid, what would you recommend that has a half decent camera?

The Hubsan Zino falls in that price bracket. Has a very capable camera on it and is very portable.

sounds like over complicated. better off using an osmo or similar. bound to be suitable software somewhere. probably even bundled with an osmo. i think samsung 10 has got it loaded already.

I’d agree with what others have said, a GoPro on a (long) pole will offer better results for the price bracket and be a lot simpler.

Or even get a 360 camera and a long pole. The process is a lot simpler than stitching 23 or so pictures together and the camera can be use inside the car too. As the camera produces two almist hemispherical images (about 175 degrees) which are then stitched if the pole is screwed into the base of the camera (like the gear) it won’t show in the stitched photo
