When your drone misses your head by inches

Hi guys in todays video I was testing the Litchi app on the mavic mini 1 and trying out the active track. It was working great but then the drone nearly hit my head when following me.

At first I thought it was due to low light but after a while I realised it was because I didn’t raise my drone high enough as I was walking up the hill.

I found it a bit hit and miss, great in the wide open, but anything near you and it soon loses focus ;o(

Yeah it was doing that a lot when it’s near you, I found that if you draw a box directly on you instead of around you it does tend to track you better.
