Follow the drone code and download NATS app for your smart phone… or use the web version here.

Punch in a postcode where you wish to fly and it will tell you if its permissible. You have a lovly coast line to fly from …… find a deserted beach just outside town…

Hi @MDM and welcome! I’d have thought you’re in a very nice spot down at Brighton! You’ve got Ditchling and the Southdowns behind you and the pier and beach in front! Just keep clear of Shoreham airport! Arent there some old smoke-stack type towers from WW2 somewhere just past Hove on the front?

Hi @MDM, and a belated welcome to GADC.

If you have a moment, pop over to #introductions and tell us a little about yourself.

There quite a number of Spark owners on the forum, so you are amongst good company, and plenty of knowledge to answer any questions you may have, that can be posted on #questions-and-answers . :+1:

If you haven’t already, take a look at the Map of Members. Whilst not every member has added themselves, I’m sure there are other members in your neck of the woods that will come and say Hi that may also have ideas on locations.

(Don’t forget to add yourself to that map : Members’ Location Map - A Guide)

Also, if you’ve not seen it, check out our map of places where members have flown. This doesn’t mean that all these places can still be flown, but hopefully gives you some ideas to pursue.
