I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission not required.
Go early to avoid large amounts of people. there are a few places to park around the park then a 2 min walk to the memorial.
there are plenty of places to take off from but mine favorite is the picnic bench in front of the memorial.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 11/10/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
