due to the airframes flying hours. I think there is probably a number of factors.
It also costs loads to get up in the air.
Fuel alone is £££’s

Engineering support has been pulled. Without a signoff it’s not flying.
It’s also now got a ridiculous amount of hours on it far exceeding any Vulcan that was ever in service so it’s completely unknown territory
As such it can’t fly,
