Well, if I was the photographer, shooting an experimental craft that size with no prop guards, and if I valued my equipment (and my life), I would be standing back a long way. A long, long, long way back.
Its going to be a very good machine for turning people into salami.

His head is the roll cage, no prop guard, people in thw flight area. Health and safety nightmare!

Near me yesterday, a car hit a pedestrian. There was no man walking in front of the car with a red flag.
Cars are by far the biggest health and safety nightmare with over 1 billion of them in the world, plus larger vehicles.
Cycles are a close second 
China got rid of most of them - possibly for that reason.
