Clackmannan Tower, Clackmannan, FK10 4HR - Added to Historic Buildings in Scotland

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Clackmannan Tower is in a park on King's Seat Hill at the west end of the Hight St. in Clackmannan, Scotland. A short footpath leads from the end of the High St. to the top of the hill. Parking and space is very limited at the gate at the start of the path but parking can be found back on the High St. Although this area is marked on Google maps as a park, cattle can also be found grazing here.

Clackmannan Tower is a five-storey tower house, situated at the summit of King's Seat Hill in Clackmannan, Clackmannanshire, Scotland. It dates back to at least the 14th century, when it was inhabited by King David II of Scotland, and David is recorded as selling it to his cousin Robert Bruce in 1359.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 13/08/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
