Wooden Bridge, Bibury - Added to Bridges in South West

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

This is a lovely fully wooden bridge, in a lovely little village with trout farm and cafe plus nice hotel with great food.

The originator declared that this location was inside a flight restriction zone at the time of being flown. Permission to fly was obtained from Brize Norton. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Hi Barry, the red zone you were in wasn’t an FRZ, rather it was the Controlled Traffic Region (CTR), which is Class D airspace. UAV have freedom to fly in this type of airspace without permission from the airport.

thx, wondered why BN werent interested lol ive edited the post

Hi, so can you fly on this area or not?
I flew mine from the bridge to the meadowland, I got shot of the village but not cross it (to the path) or fly above it. I read the no drone sign after I shot it, it’s located at the entrance of the village.
