A Blackbird's Flight - The Highland's Dream - Waterfalls and Montain Burn - An Gabh Alt

The first video from our Sutherland trip, a close-in flight up the An Garbh Alt highland burn, over waterfalls and pools, under trees and through rocks, bracken and heather - set to the wonderful ‘Blackbird’ music from Martyn Bennett - which gave the video the title of ‘A Blackbird’s Flight, The Highland’s Dream’…

Captured early in the morning before the wind rose and became too strong for the AVATA to fly in, and flown in a single shot, revealing beauty that would otherwise be impossible to see…

This is the AVATA1, with the motion control and Goggles that came with the kit…

AIR3 also saw a lot of use over the trip as it was exceptionally windy, so my MINI3 Pro stayed in its bag

Lol, thanks Barrie, had my heart in my mouth at the time tbh… almost addictive to fly like this, heart rate up and focus absolute…

Lol, thanks… but I dont think I do anything particularly special, anyone can do it, all they need to have is the vision, the nerve, and steady hands…

Superb images, as usual, a must watch every time Suzanne
