I am a new member to this forum and it could be said that I am trying to pre-empt a drone purchase. I am looking at the Mavic Mini as it seems to fit my requirements.
I am joining this group to try and work my way around the legislation regarding the use of a drone but also to engage with like minded individuals. I am really keen to purchase the drone even if it might have been better to have already done so given the impending season ahead.
Where in Yorkshire are you?

There are quite a few on here that enjoy the Mavic Mini, and a few others that also dive.
It might be worth holding off a little longer in purchasing a Mavic Mini as DJI are soon to release the Mavic Mini 2, which will address the short comings the original suffered with.

Just to echo what @Nidge said - if you’re budgeting for spending Mavic Mini kinda money, you’d be very wise to wait for the Mini 2 which will bring more features for what will probably be almost the exact same price
