A cinematic show reel driving the Iconic Porsche 911, taking in some fantastic roads and stunning views in The Trough of Bowland. This is a video I`ve been wanting to make for a long time which combines my passion for sports cars and creating video content. From the moment you first experience the blistering acceleration to the sure-footed handling. To the iconic shape and glorious howl from the flat 6 engine, it is a car that needs to driven to fully take in the brilliance of this legendary sports car.
Scoped out the area to find some quiet roads and spent the day capturing onboard footage, drive by & drone shots. Very time consuming work but definitely helped having walkie talkies to stay in contact with the driver and a second car to go ahead and set up the shot.
Filmed using the DJI Mini3 Pro, DJI Osmo action and 2 smartphone cameras and a gimbal.
