@jaybee How far out did you take your m3pro John? Looks cool to me but I lhave signal issues much past 450m (use the missus as a spotter nothing gets passed her ).

Went to it’s limit was going to fly round it but it wasn’t having it

That’s what happens to me. Ok on straight but as soon as you start to parallax signal drops. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

The secret is when you come to an obstacle is to start to rise will slightly increase signal strength

Oh I like this!
What a lovely place to fly. Have subscribed to your channel, hope to see more.

@jaybee Cool… Are you going back to see if it improves the signal enough to orbit the lighthouse?

No plans to but the range test I did was at least twice as good as it was

Did a range test today 1.3 miles

@jaybee That’s double the best I’ve done John in reasonably open countryside heading for Churk Castle before drop out at 1km. :+1:

I know it will now I set it to 2.4 GHZ manually

Always left mine in Auto. Worth trying the manual approach then.

I’ve done both set it to 2.4ghz and you will see a diffrence

Next time out for sure. :+1:
