I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission not required.

An abondoned bmx track that is really easy to get to, park, take off and land with no issues with flying over people or buildings. Just don't do anything stupid such as fly near to to the two big wind turbines ok ?

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 11/11/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

When I lived at Balunie St all that area was farmland and small holdings. Spent endless hours biking the lanes , fishing the Dighty and getting chased out of the fields.
