had it too but just clicked the X on the banner and its gone as I don’t think it applies to me or any user other than the actual Admin

I did click the X but an hour later a refresh brought it back
We are aware of this - it should vanish soon.
Until it does please just ignore.
This follows some system updates that were installed this morning.
