The Police on site were really friendly, you could have gone wading in there like one of those terrible auditors, I prefer positive engagement when ever I fly my drone. I hand out my business card with my socials on.
At about 4.15am today (Friday 6th June 2025) this Grade II-listed Derby building caught fire for the second time, Last time the fire was Friday 12th January 2024.
Amazing home many times these lovely listed buildings “have fires” isnt it.

I remember the video you posted after the first fire. Such a shame as it’s a lovely building. Reckon it’ll be homeless people who’ve lit a fire to try and keep warm. :wink:

I now see the fire brigade are saying the fire was started deliberately. Now wondering who owns it and what plans they had/ have for the site ?
