Altitude Angel showing different restrictions to Drone Scene (Class D / CTA airspace)

I was looking to plan a course in East London over the weekend. I’ve flown in Leyton before, with Drone Scene confirmed that there were no restrictions. However, when I compared Drone Scene and Altitude Angel for the same area, Altitude Angel suggests that there is a much larger control zone for London City Airport than Drone Scene has.

(I have all the filters for Drone Scene enabled).

Any ideas why this might be?

Is that a CTA? If it is, it’s excluded from DroneScene:

Not a problem though as it’ll be Class D and doesn’t really affect us.

Excellent - I saw red and assumed the worst!

Pretty sure you can turn these off in Altitude Angel - there’s a separate Control Zone layer :+1:

Will do. As a relative newbie I assumed that viewing all warnings would be the safest way forward!

I know what you mean. Red is very worrying and even when I’m absolutely certain it doesn’t apply I still worry
