This is a photogrammetry mission at Anchor Caves done using Dronelink to plan and guid the mission and Agisoft Metashape to render the 3D models.
here is a link to a 3D modle of the site
here is a link to some closeup work we did too
Your thoughts or comments are most welcome. I have my eye on Breedon Hill Church soon and also Magpie Mine still has a few bits still to do. I am more than happy if anyone wants to join me and have a look at Photogrammetry missions.

@Morturn hi David. Ive just got a drone to get into some photogrammetry. Id like to use it for vfx and matchmoving/3D tracking to create some films. Im looking into drone link as its the relative cheapest option. What tier are you in and using? I wss looking at the hobbyist elite i think its £120. I also have the standered version of metashape where ive done a few experiments with my mirrorless camera. Have you used reality capture? Its now been made free. Its got some features that the standard version of metashape doesnt. Did you go to this Breedon Hill Church in the end? Jack James

Hi Jack
Many thank for your enquiry. I use Dronelink Hobbyist Elite, it just works well, but setting a decent mission is not quite as intuitive as it could be. There is a chap on You Tube who does very good Drone Link Tutorials, Barry Holsworth of Avios Media.
I also use the standard version of Metashap and Reality Capture. In my opinion, Metashape seems to produce better models, where as Reality Capture processes faster and has more tools for analytical stuff.
I have written some best practice photogrammetry guides, and some Metashape and Reality Capture Workflows too. Your welcome to them if you let me have your email address.
I have not done Breedon Church yet, its on my list of places to do. Your more than welcome to join me if I when I go.
Please fee free to get back to me if you have any other question or need further help.
