Android testers wanted – updated ND Filter Calculator

Some Grey Arrows members may already have used my original ND Filter Calculator.

I’ve now developed a substantially updated Android version with a “built-in live light meter”. Instead of checking the shutter speed in a separate camera or light-meter app and then entering it manually, you simply point your phone towards the scene. The app measures the light and recommends the appropriate ND filter.

It includes:

• Live ND-filter recommendations
• Live shutter-speed readings
• Target shutter speed based on frame rate
• White-balance guidance
• Exposure calibration
• A manual ND calculator

I’m looking for Android users to help with the required Google Play closed test. Testers need to join through a private Play Store link, remain opted in for at least 14 days and use the app a few times during the test.

The app is free, contains no adverts and requires no account.

Not sure of android versions off the top of my head but i have various devices, s7. Note 8 n 9 s24. Tab s9 and a few others in various states of disrepair :wink:

I would be glad to help.

I have several Android phones and tablets plus I can sideload onto Crystal Sky and RC Pro controllers if that helps.
