Great flying Suzanne, following a small boat is not easy :clap:

Thanks hon, yeah, not easy, and a couple of close calls with the water too… Lee now fancies an RC Boat, I think I will ensure he gets a bigger one, so I can follow it easier with the drones

Always wanted a boat. Was always worried about it sinking.

I can imagine it is not easy but you are really good at your flying so you make it look easy.

Lol, its just repetitive practice, and getting comfortable with the controller, I am really relaxed when flying AVATA now

Thanks hon, appreciate that… I wish it had been a larger boat, would have looked better a bit larger in the screen

I did check - didn’t notice his Socialite badge was for last Easter. :man_facepalming:

The second of 3 videos from us of the Grey Arrows Drone Club NW Group Annual Easter Meet-Up, this time the enigmatic wrecks of Fleetwood…

These boats have served their time, done their work and are now being left to be reclaimed by the ocean, sinking into the foreshore. Photogenic, but sad and abandoned, I wonder what tales they could tell - of fisher-folk battling against the elements to hew a living from the harsh sea mistress… Stories of lives well lived, of hardship and obstacles, but ultimately of the triumph of the human spirit over adversity…

It is a place that is definitely worth a visit and perhaps an interesting subject for a more thoughtful, slower piece, in black and white or sepia toned, for another time, I think…
