Are the uk drone laws evidence based or are they assumption based?

Good Question,
One answer is that by bringing in these made up assumptions then they again have their Foot on your Neck.
Take a look at the clip on Utube about the auditor called Kolee…first time that he is flying his new drone and the Police arrive followed by the Drone Police and he still did not know the roles about flying a 250gram drone…It is interesting.
The Motto of the story is if you know the correct CAA rules for flying your drone then you only answer to the CAA and not some Robo Cop that is trying to make a Name for himself and get a promotion. You can soon F…them off. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

It’s a very good attitude and stance, but piss the wrong one off who gets all funny and knows section 58 of the anti terrorism act

Or even something as simple as a threat of ASB they can make it awkward.

As for Karens, they can fuck right off.

assumptions are not made up as such but more 'what ifs" the very nature of “what if’s” is that they come in legions. Facts based on evidence are irrefutable and as such laws based on them cannot be questioned
planes fly over crowds without them knowing, what’s the difference apart from more deaths?
