Seems like DJI are just throwing stickers on stuff willy nilly

There is absolutely no way on God’s green earth that DJI have paid or invested money to put a four year old, end-of-life, drone through any kind of MSA type-approval process.
CAA appear to allow it;
Retrofitting of class-mark labels
A manufacturer may enable their customers to retrospectively class-mark their drone under the UK class-marking scheme. It is not the role of the CAA to oversee this process and is purely at the discretion of the manufacturer to undertake.
DJI are applying the labels on the production line @Crackerjack, they’re not letting their customers do it retrospectively.
It is a DJI Mini 3, manufacture date on the hardware under the battery areas seems to state dec 2025.
