Arnside Viaduct - Added to Bridges in North West

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Arnside Viaduct

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Public car park by the viaduct which can get very busy during peak times (sunny days or bank holidays), plus the promenade can get hectic on those days as well.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 20/05/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Was at RSPB Leighton Moss yesterday with youngest daughter , home from uni for a couple of days. So took the opportunity to have a little fly here.

Took off from the just below the prom close to the public conveniences (tarmac), nothing too adventurous as wind quite strong.

It can look better when the tide is part way out as you get channels in the sand. But a cracking little village as well.

Was a high tide (9.3m), when I took this., It’d have been nice to catch a train on it too, however just a quick stop on way home and I was knackered (my knees giving me hell these days), after a day wandering around Leighton Moss.
