So as a follow on from the success with my last 8k upload to YouTube, tried another little test from a flight earlier today, and again YouTube have procedssed the full 8k 360° video for clicky and draggy pleaseure
Any one else with an Avata 360 got anything to share and see if you are as successful

I checked the first upload that I did and that does now have the 8k option to view.
All of my other uploads have been edited clips, so not 360.
I did upload a test 360 video yesterday, and that is showing as 8k already.
I don’t have the option to play in 8k on my phone or my TV
Its likely an Apple device that @milkmanchris has?
Not Tried the TV, but MacBook/iMac lets me play in 8k, iPhone only 4k option.
Do the YT 8k clips stutter or play smoothly?
Yeah, my iPhone and iPad are only 4K
The TV is 1080p 
but my Windows laptop is 8K
Smooth, but I have a recent M4 MacBook and a healthy broadband connection, in your player right click stats for nerds and check out how many frames you are dropping for clues.
0 dropped frames, but I have a much slower connection speed. I will see if it changes when I have fibre installed in 2 weeks time.

This upload today is showing 8k already - a Tesco container train
I’ve spent ages sat waiting on them, not yet with the 360, although I got the Stobart variant with the Avata 2
It was your Avata 2 video that originally inspired me to do the train chasing.
That Tesco one is a regular run from Daventry to Doncaster (near you maybe?), passing by
My location junction is Hambleton North or South , but it’s on main east coast line so can be a bit hit and miss on timings
