If you really want to try rubber then a 3d printed Polypropylene part is the way to go.

Bendy frame seems to work better than anticipated, so maybe polypropylene is the answer, as Rich said. Or maybe a āsmall pee-pee frameā is something else entirely. ![]()

Polypropylene did last quite a while. However eventually the crashes took their toll. The main damage was de-lamination of the 3d printed layers and a tendency to stay bent after being bent.
My carbon frames have stood up to a lot more abuse than the polypropylene did and I did have those fly-aways as wellā¦
Forget the frame, I expect a 3D print Twin of yourself ![]()
Now bendy frames takes it to a whole new level lol
