If I use my drone about once a week, what should I set the battery auto discharge time to? Greater than 7 days?
When do you recharge your battery?

Immediately after flying? - set it longer - it means fewer recharges.

Immediately before flying? - it makes no difference - it won’t discharge (if your flight took it down far enough).
The better solution is to fly more often when, again, it makes not difference.
