Be careful of what you wish for!

Too much mist, for photography. Back from Italy and was lucky to get this picture of an inversion that stopped me from taking the images I had hoped for with my mirrorless camera. In the Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany taken at 5:30 AM, half an hour before sunrise. On the RHS you can see Venus, the morning star. In the crop of the high res version despite it being a planet you can see reflections of sunlight which give the appearance that it is radiating light as a star would.

The inversion stayed for a couple of hours so whilst the land based guys could only wait, I sent the drone up using all three batteries and got some great images. By the time the mist started to clear the sun was too high and strong to take good images
We were located in the bottom left corner on the terrace of the hotel.
