It’s probably because it’s got everything going for it.
Loads of free parking.
A cafe selling decent food at a realistic price.
Toilets (so no need to hide in the hedge).
Acres of space to fly, without upsetting anyone.
All topped off, with great company too.
That’s why I travel 101 miles in each direction, to attend whenever I can
Yes I can understand why. It’s a great open space to fly around. There was a few dog walkers out and about No one at all bothered me as I was staying well away from them.
I’ve just added a new Take Off And Landing marker to this location @AlbionDrones
This spot we were in on Sunday (an immediate left, down a bit) had much fewer dog walkers. When I was there we only had one couple (dogless?) and they chirpily said “Happy Easter”.
