Another sunny early spring weekend and a trip to a spot I have been wanting to fly for a while, Klondyke Mill…
A long walk from the car park, but worth it, met up with some amazing FPVers at the mill, was awesome watching them fly, but managed to get my own flights in as the late afternoon light made it shine, and I am happy with what we got!!
I’m going to have to take a prozac before watching any of your vids, Suze; they are terrifying! Brilliant flying and brilliant camera work, though, fair play to you!
Lol, there wasn’t anything scary in that, not even scary close tbh… I was amazed at the FPVing guys tho, throwing their drones at high speed into powerloops through those windows, amazing stuff, makes my flying look tame by comparison…
Oh that is alright then, its nice sometimes when its like that. At least you didnt rwallt have to worry about many people and was able to get the shits you wanted
Lol, yeah, it can be good to use, but you have to be careful not to have anything in the shot that looks wrong… tbh The initial shot coming down the hill from the lake was reversed too, it gives the journey from the top down - useful for folks wanting to visit as well as being good storytelling, or at least I think so
Ah I thought that shot might have been reversed but, as you say, there wasn’t anything like water or people moving to confirm my suspicions. Great work.
It is always a shame to see buildings left to fall to bits. Hard to think at some point people lived or worked in some of these buildings. Now just in bits. This one we can see fire damage and that is sad too that someones building went up. Still nice to see the building and the surroundings and you can imagine it being an amazing place in the past.
