Hi flyers, help needed. The enjoy-fly is no longer available on Google store. I downloaded C-fly app. The video delay is awful! Is there another app I can use for the EX4 5g. Ideas much appreciated.
Hi @Phoenix. Firstly, I need to say that I’m not the most techy person here. Just a suggestion and you may already have tried this but have you tried a Google search for the app. You maybe able to download it via APK files on to your phone!

Hi, yes I did that but I found a couple of doggy sites that were offering downloads. Seems that they wanted to sign up to other sites before you get to the download. Did a search for safe sites but not much joy. Eachine app wasn’t much good either. Thanks for your prompt reply. Nice of you!
Sorry I couldn’t be more help. I ve just ordered an ex4 pro. as a stepping stone to something better next year… Looks like a decent drone for the price. If you were really struggling with the app why not try an cheap old iPhone 6s. The enjoy fly app is still available on Apple. Just make sure the iPhone is 5 GHz WiFi compatible (anything from IPhone 6s should be). Maybe a last resort, mate. Good luck!
you can use the cfly apk this is on play store , i use this apk both cfly and enjoy fly apks will work (cfly is much more stable for me). there is a facebook group for the jjrc x12 which is the same drone just sold under another name lots of useful advice and links to apks
Well, still no joy. All getting rather frustrating. Ok tried to download the app again from Google store’ the same result up to 35seconds video delay. I emailed eachine. It seems they don’t like replying. My other drone is a bug’s 5w. Their after service was great. I bought on eBay a ZJI Z33 mobile phone dedicated only to drone flying and the bugs 5w and works super on that so. I’m convinced it’s not the phone. Thanks to you folks that had replied. I will continue scratching my head!!
have you tried connecting striaght to the drone and not using the controller, it will limit the range but will rule out if its a controller fault ( i have a spare controller if that is the problem)
Thanks yet again kevcb1. I took your advice and connected directly from phone to ex4 with the controller off but still lag on the video. This morning raining here so spent time on down loading other apps etc. They didn’t connect at all. The only one is c-fly through Google store’. I tried APK pure but I don’t like some of the permissions they want so didn’t continue. It’s a shame Google store took it off, although it’s not sure that would of worked. Anyway thanks for your concern. I will just have to put it down to a wrong purchase!

are thinking of selling try the jjrc x12 group on facebook a few have sold on there
worth looking at jjrcx12 on facebook they have links to both apks and a few members are really helpful

No, but did manage to download the enjoy app but unfortunately the same problem. Im not into Facebook and like so a bit of a problem to contact that forum. I’ll hand on to it and perhaps when the gods to be write another app I maybe in with a chance. I sent off emails to c-fly and Eachine China factory. Still no reply. I’ve learnt a lesson. I hope you other folks take note about the after sales service from some of these Chinese manufacturing companies. My other drone a bug’s 5w.Their post sales service were fantastic a quick reply and sorted me out on an unrelated problem. Thanks anyway
Hi again @Phoenix. Sorry to hear about your ongoing problems with the ex 4. I m still waiting for delivery of my order. Ex4 pro. TBH thinking of sending it straight back after your posts here, mate. I’ll probably try it first though and drop you a line with my experience of it. Just a thought, I managed to contact the eachine store once through the Ali express app to complain about a dodgy motor on the e511s I’ve got. Sent out a replacement within a couple of days. Possibly worth a shot if you are struggling to contact them.
Hi and thanks again for contacting me. Still no replies from the various emails I’ve sent I’ve managed to get a email to customer service at bangood from whom I bought it. I’ll see if they send a satisfactory answer or at least get a message to eachine or the software people. Will keep you posted. Good luck with the EX4plus. Check your phone video though before you fly it! May work better on an iPhone!!
