250g weight limit - how rigorously is this enforced?

Very new drone operator here… I did my research, passed the CAA Theory test, attained my Operator and Flyer IDs, and bought a DJI Mini 3 Pro which was advertised as weighing less than 250g. I noticed the batteries are labelled 249g. So, when I actually weigh the drone it shows 251g: I know it’s only 2g over, but in the event of a problem/accident (I’m insured), could I be penalised for being overweight?
