Binding issue

Hi guys

I’m hoping one of you knowledgeable guys/girls can help me! I bought a secondhand 5” drone, with a frsky XM+ RX it took me ages to get it to bind to my radiomaster boxer, but once I did all the stick inputs were reversed, which I managed to sort out, but it won’t let me set any of the switches in betaflight, (arming, horizontal, Angle ect) when ever I try to set it on auto and move the switch it just defaults to aux12 on any input (don’t even know what aux12 relates too)

I’m sure it’s something I’m doing wrong just can’t work it out, any advice would be greatly appreciated :+1:t3:

Have you assigned the switches to channels on the radio?

The RX determines how many available channels you have.

I’m not sure of the top of my head how many channels the XM+ RX has. But either way if the switches are not assigned to channels on the radio it won’t be detected by betaflight.

Have a search on youtube for Joshua Bardwell and watch one of his latest quad setup videos and that should walk you through how to assign switches to chennels in Edge-TX/Open-TX :+1:t2:
