If you are planning to fly in or near the location of the NFZ for Blackpool Airport or Warton Aerodrome register yourself on the airportal app which I have attached a link, I contacted Warton ATC as I was planning a flight in Lytham and they emailed me the Airportal link.
Contact numbers for ATC Warton: 01772 852374, ATC Blackpool 01253 472527.
Really helpful and I feel much more confident flying in this area now.
I checked out Fylde borough council for any bylaws which could restrict flying but could not find any.

I used that app to get permission from Warton to fly in Kirkham, was very quick and easy.

I have mixed feelings about this 
Which other airports use app.airportal.aero? Which airports use Altitude Angel? Which airports use email? Which airports uses telephone-only? Which airports use some.other.app?
We desperately need to standardise this

Yes i agree its getting very complicated, it was by chance i contacted the atc Warton just to inform them i was close to their restricted airspace out of curtesy.
