Bloody weather! ... and flyability

Before drones, too. Driving was a challenge at times. Got totally lost on the road back from Gatwick to Winchester … a road I was driving at least once per month for the year before getting lost.

That’s not how I read it. To me, they are suggesting the fog will arrive at 16:00 :man_shrugging:

Actually - I’d not really call it “foggy” in your pic. I can see what’s there! :laughing:

Can easily see 100m! = No fog lights needed on car.

Same here that :bowing_man:t2:

It’s high up - it’s cloud. :wink:

Albeit low cloud.

Same difference.

Anyway, looks like we have it until 8 am tomorrow, it will then lift to be replaced by a lovely sheet of higher clouds until 3.30pm :persevere:

All the while you Dave have no fog today, but the same cloudy day tomorrow.

I do like Ventusky.

Fog predictions are pretty crap, mostly - and I’m on the edge of the Met Office prediction.

Even ClearOutside failed to predict those earlier in the week - but got last night right. It’s less certain about the early hours tomorrow.

How can fog be a threat too your property :thinking::thought_balloon:
@clinkadink any thoughts

A car could miss the bend and end up in your lounge.

I new that would be the answer :clap:t2::clap:t2::clap:t2:

Or you could take your drone out and send it up above the fog for some awesome photos never to see it again :scream: lol

:scream::joy:

How can the fog be a threat to your property?
Cos the scaremongers want you to be scared. Just like they started naming storms to try and give them more importance. Storm Duddley? Who the fuck was scared of that one? Wasn’t even a two pegger up here. Just a normal day at that time of year. Make people scared and they’re easier to control and bend to your will. Where’s my tinfoil?

Exactly :man_shrugging:t2:

I wasn’t asking a question, but replying to yours :speak_no_evil:

I know you wasn’t asking a question I was saying what I said earlier, which you relayed

I replied exactly sorry wires crossed I was agreeing with what you said long and short of it.

… and your neighbour gets jealous of the sheer awesomeness of the photos and blows up your house.

This weekend is a complete whiteout, 90% cloud cover for the next 72 hours :persevere:
