During season yes, out of season, flight restrictions apply but permission is easier
Only DJI made up restrictions (that have now gone bye byes), not CAA FRZ’s
Ive not flown over any grounds recently to comment on the “Bye Bye” so will be interesting as i want to do a few grounds in the near future
