Brogborough Round House Ruins - Added to Historic Buildings in East of England

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Parked car at gates near Junction of old A421 and Sheeptick End. house is short walk along bridleway from gate. muddy under foot day we visited. House is visible on google earth to try different routes to this ruin.
The Roundhouse was more properly known as Brogborough park farmhouse and was listed by the former ministry of works in 1952 as grade 2, of special interest.
it was built in 1700s, possibly by John Okey, though this is not certain as the house predates his ownership but was used as a strong hold during the civil wars.
though over grown, plenty of building to find, access to the actual house is very restricted as its very overgrown, castle mounds are also on site

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 26/12/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
