Cancel Return to Home with Motion Controller 3

Good morning all.

Yester day i was flying my DJI Neo 2 indoors using my Goggles N3 & Motion Controller 3. The battery level reduced to a point where an automatic RTH initiated! I regret i panicked a bit as i didn’t know how to cancel this from the Motion Controller :upside_down_face:

What is the quickest way to cancel the automated RTH with the Motion Controller 3 enabling me to regain control and land manually?

Its strange that it triggered RTH if you were so close to it

Upload the airdata and share the results, I think it was probably auto landing (at critical) which you wont be able to cancel

It’s strange that it required GPS lock and managed to set a RTH location, if you were flying indoors. Unless the Neo2 has the new smart RTH feature. I know the Neo1 doesn’t have the feature.

If you’re not familiar with Airdata it’s an independent platform that allows you to aggregate your flight records and it also allows you to share logs with other people.

Here’s a guide on how to upload your flight logs to their web site / app:

Setting up Direct DJI Sync

Once your logs are visible in Airdata you can use this guide to share the log(s) in question:

Once you’ve created the share on the Airdata web site simply reply here and paste the URL, someone will then take a closer look for you.
