So the Avata 2 had a prang with a tree last Big Meet
Thought I would hold back on the Care Refresh claim, and its had a few dings since so yesterday I decided to start a claim
And 25 hours later
Cannot fault the service, and to reiterate this is a no brainer, also sent them the oldest battery back just for good measure ;o)

I’ve only ever had good experiences with DJI support personally. How it should be done.

25hrs from start to finish is ridiculous, not sure anyone could ever compete with that – and for the price too.
I like your style

But the important question is… what class markings?

If you register it on Airdata, the date of manufacture will show up - likely pre 1st January 2026?

It takes Evri twice as long to “deliver” into a random hedge.

its nice when they put a security seal on a “refurbished / repaired” drone.
I bet the clear plastic film, that is so satisfying to remove, was on the lense.

Since they opened their UK service centre, the turn around times are absolutely superb.
@milkmanchris that 25hr turnaround, beats the 28hrs I experienced for a replacement Neo, which is still superb.
Maybe start another speed related league table, this time, The Care Refresh Turnaround Speed Record

Changing title
I believe you might jus hold the record for number of claims (for a single drone)

So I changed it up a bit
Post your quickest return on a claim, or most claims on one (more) policy’s, and maybe your quickest claim from taking out a new CR policy
Or anything else to highlight this great service/product from DJI

And just for closure on my case, the return landed in Nottighmam today, seems they have a few come in ;o)

In a world of moaning about customer service, online bots, untrustworthy websites etc, DJI have proven time and again, to be reliable, communicative, positive, engaging, trustworthy, and really good value. I only wish we could translate what DJI, as a company does, into car manufacture!! I, like most people I suspect, have only ever lost money hand over fist when trying to do the right thing and maintain my cars. To no avail!

Had a happy little surprise when my eBay Avata2 turned up a couple weeks ago!
Guess that means I have to enable manual mode now.

How does the saying go …
