We were on holiday in the North Yorkshire Moors and unsurprisingly had a day of rain, so we decided to go back to Castle Howard and have a look at the house and gardens, from the ground as well as the air!
Fabulous place, despite it’s above average entrance fee, but it is well worth a visit if you’re into history like we are! Not NT, and the park is vast, so lets just say there are plenty of opportunities to get a quick flight in during it’s quieter days.
